Service starts from the contract date until the end of the academic year. Renewal is automatic unless a cancellation notice is given 30 days before the end of the academic year.
- Payment is made in 4 advance installments. - In case of official fuel price changes, the fee may be adjusted. - Late payments may result in service suspension until payment is completed.
- Pickup and drop-off times and locations are coordinated in advance. - The driver will not wait more than 5 minutes. - No change in driver or route without prior notice.
- Safe, air-conditioned, and well-maintained vehicles. - Professional, trained drivers. - No photographing children without permission. - Immediate communication with the guardian in case of emergency.
- Ensure student is ready on time. - Notify in advance if the student will be absent. - Provide a reliable communication method. - Understand that delays may occur due to traffic or emergencies.
- The contract may be canceled with 30 days’ prior notice. - Fees are non-refundable once service begins. - Early cancellation by the guardian requires full payment of the remaining amount.
Service may be suspended due to uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, security issues, or government decisions).
- This agreement is governed by Egyptian civil law. - South Giza Court shall have jurisdiction in case of disputes
